Cancellation Policy

Twenty-four hours advance notice is required for a cancellation. If notice is provided less than twenty-four hours prior to a scheduled session, the full session rate will be charged. Rescheduling is at the discretion of Granite Rose Education. Student's may change between lessons booked at The Study and online lessons free of charge but two hours notice must be given to provide time to schedule and send an online link.
